Culture Builders examines the biblical mandate that God gave to man to exercise dominion over the earth. Every creation bears upon it the image of its creator. Just as the whole of nature is a testimony to God and speaks of His glory (Psalms 19:1-6), man will likewise stamp his image upon that which he creates. If mankind’s internal heart or image is tainted by sin, the culture that he builds will be fallen. Man must bear the image of God if he is to build a heaven-filled culture in the earth.
