Baby Beau Eagle has a lot of questions and is not sure what his future holds. Thankfully, Mom and Dad Eagle have the love and encouragement he needs as he grows. This endearing tale of a newly hatched eaglet and the struggles he faces as he grows is beautifully illustrated with pictures of eagles in the wild.
Patti Amsden Ministries is excited to offer this delightful story to our friends. Long ago, Karen was a single mom working hard to provide for her two precious daughters. Being a busy mom-on-her-own, Karen constantly made up stories and songs to express her love for her girls. She hoped such expressions would help carry her children through the tough times in life. Twenty-some-odd years later, they are grown, and it is obvious those stories and songs are still wrapped around their hearts.
Now, Karen is best known as Nana, and the storytelling is fresh and new. It is her desire to help today's parents leave a lasting impression of love on their children's hearts. After all, modern parenting has so many responsibilities, challenges, and expectations that they are bound to need a little support.
"One of the things I love about God is how He talks to you in the midst of your daily activities. When I first wrote Baby Beau Eagle I saw it as a sweet story commemorating the birth of my grandson. Since that time God has used the lessons in the story to speak to me about my own journey and life in Him. Baby Beau has a lot of questions just as we all do. Thankfully, Mom and Dad Eagle are patient with him, comforting and encouraging him along the way. This is what I find our Heavenly Father doing for me over and over again."~Karen Anne
